JAKARTA – The Indonesian music industry mourns the loss of a true legend today. James Freddy Sundah, the brilliant composer behind many timeless hits, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026. He breathed his last breath in New York City at the age of 70. His wife, children, and close family members stayed by his side during his final moments.
